DEPOSITS

A deposit of £100 per week per cottage is payable at the time of booking. Should the accommodation not be available, your money will be returned in full. It is advisable to telephone the office beforehand to secure your reservation. The booking office is open 9am-4.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-11am on Sundays.

BALANCES

The balance of the monies due must be received 28 days before your holiday begins. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your deposit and automatic cancellation of your accommodation with the full cost of your holiday still owing, less any revenue that we may receive from re-letting your accommodation.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your cottage will be available from 3pm on the booked day of arrival and is valid until 10am on the day of departure. Out of peak season, your cottage maybe earlier than 3pm, please call for availability.

All bookings must be taken up by 10pm on the booked day of arrival unless prior arrangements are made.

NUMBER IN PARTY

The number of persons, including children, occupying the cottage must not exceed the stated number of beds as shown on the price list. The names of your party must have been previously notified to us.

RESPONSIBILITY

The management will not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused.

CANCELLATION PLAN

Our cancellation plan covers the whole of your party up to 7 days before your holiday commences against any possible cancellation, for only £20.00. We guarantee to return the FULL AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT AND BALANCE paid to Pendra Loweth Maen Valley under the scheme, however, please give us as much notice as possible. If you have not taken out our plan and have to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be forfeited and the whole cost of your holiday is due, but we will do our best to re-sell your accommodation and return any balance paid to us arising from re-letting the accommodation.

FAMILY HOLIDAY PARK

As a family holiday we reserve the right to refuse single sex groups and expel anybody from the park who is deemed to be causing a nuisance without refund or explanation.

VAT

Where prices are shown inclusive at the rate of 17.5%. In the event that the vat rate is changed, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

LINEN

All linen and towels should be provided by guests. We supply duvets & pillows. A linen service is available.
