The coveted David Bellamy Conservation Award is an annual award, made only to the parks and holiday villages, which demonstrate policies showing active concern for the environment.

The Star Grading scheme is an annual inspection carried out by the English Tourism Council. All facilities and accommodation are check and graded in accordance with the guidelines.
Once again, Pendra Loweth has been awarded four stars by the English Tourism Council. To warrant this, one of the highest available, the park is of 'Excellent Quality paying attention to detail in the provision of all services and facilities. This includes excellent standards of cleanliness in all areas of the park'.

Outstanding Services to Tourism awarded to John Hick, owner of Pendra Loweth, at the Cornwall Tourism Awards 2009.
Our very own John Hick has been honoured with the Outstanding Services to Tourism award as special recognition from the 2009 Cornwall Tourism Awards, organised by Visit Cornwall. This prestigious accolade has been awarded to John to mark his tireless dedication and contribution to Cornwall's tourism industry, built up over a lifetime living and working in the county.
The British Holiday & Home Parks Association is the representative body for holiday parks in Britain.
Pendra Loweth is a member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, the only organisation set up to serve and act on behalf of the British holiday park industry. Membership is made up of the owners and managers of quality park home estates, touring and tenting parks, caravan holiday home parks, chalet parks and all types of self-catering accommodation.

Britain in Bloom is an annual contest held by the Royal Horticultural Society. The awards recognise not only entrants' flair for gardening but also their environmental credentials.
Pendra Loweth has been named as a winner in the annual Britain in Bloom contest for two years running; winning the award for large developments in 2010 and the award for commercial premises in 2009. As well as providing a beautiful backdrop for the cottages, our gardens and surrounding woodland are protected and serve as a valuable conservation site for local wildlife.
