Falmouth is a historic, picturesque port full of places to visit and things to do. There are regular events and festivals throughout the year, and there are three beautiful, safe sandy beaches within easy reach of Pendra Loweth.
There are excellent water sports of every kind including sailing, fishing and diving to name but a few. If you fancy learning new watersports then expert tuition is never far away.
As well as swimming outdoors, you can swim at the 'Ships and Castles' indoor leisure pool or play golf at one of the local courses. Catch the sun on the beach or visit a local attraction, such as the new National Maritime Museum, which perches on the edge of the harbour and has a fascinating tidal gallery that is submerged at high water.
Seafood is a speciality in Falmouth and there are many fine restaurants and pubs of all types. In short, Falmouth has a great deal to offer.
